Delivery Insurance

Lily’s Playhouse offers to send items out with or without insurance. If you choose not to take insurance, Lily's Playhouse and the Courier Company accept no responsibility for loss or damage of items in transit.
As your items are being delivered by Courier, they can not be delivered to a PO Box. Items will need to be signed for and will not be left at the property without prior arrangement being made with the courier company by the purchaser. The freight amount includes cover for the value of your item (when insurance option is taken) and covers physical loss or damage and does not include consequential loss.

Please contact us before completing checkout if you would like your items insured.

Payment Terms

All payments are to be received within 5 business days of your order being placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the payment has not been received within this timeframe. 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lily’s Playhouse web site. Because your privacy is important to us, Lily’s Playhouse provides this notice explaining what kinds of information we collect online and how we use it, as well as the choices you can make regarding the information collected.

You can participate in many features on the Site without providing any personally identifiable information. If you place orders by mail, phone or on this Site, we do make out mailing lists for our own records and internal promotions only. We will NEVER provide your personal information to a third party without your consent.

Opt-out, Updates and Removal of Personal Information
