How to work out the cost of a courier for your item..

1. Place the item(s) you want in your shopping cart by either clicking the ‘add to cart’ or ‘buy now’ button.
   
2. Click the ‘Check out’ button.
3. At this point you are asked to add your name and address details, this is so the courier rate can be calculated using your ‘ship to address’
4. Once the system has these details it will then take you to the page that will show you the courier rate for delivery of your selected product to your chosen address.  It will add this total to your item cost and that is the total amount you need to pay..
5. At this point you can either proceed with your order or cancel it by simply clicking the home button or the Red House icon in top left hand corner.

Local & Interstate Deliveries:  All items are sent by either Australia Post or Courier.

Items with **Free Postage** in their description will be sent free of charge Australia Wide.

Items with **Small Parcel** in their description are charged as a flat rate of $8.80 Australia wide. Please make sure you select ‘**Small Parcel** at Check out to ensure you are charged the correct postage rate.

Items with **Medium Parcel** in their description are charged as a flat rate of $16.20 Australia wide. Please make sure you select ‘**Medium Parcel** at Check out to ensure you are charged the correct postage rate.

Pick up location for items:  Pick up is by appointment only.  We have storage locations in Brooklyn (3012) and Altona North (3025).
Please note our AMPI Plastics range is warehoused in Keysborough (3173) and Altona North (3025). We do not hold all items in stock in Altona North so please contact us before purchasing if this is your preferred pick up location to avoid disappointment.

The address for pick up will be advised once your order has been confirmed.

Pick up of items must be within 7 days from when your order is placed unless we have agreed to a longer timeframe, before your order has been placed. 

Cheap Freight alternatives for Perth / Adelaide / Brisbane / Hobart / Launceston / Devonport: (Large items only)
We offer a service where our freight service will deliver to the above locations at reduced rates. This service is 'to our depot unless you have a business delivery address, in which case it will be delivered to your door'. For those buyers who are unavailable during the day to sign for your items, your items can be collected directly from the depot if preferred.

Hobart - Bridgewater
Launceston - Invermay
Perth – Kewdale

As an alternative, to still qualify for these reduced courier rates, residential customers can have items delivered to our courier’s depot and arrange your own collection from there.

Little Tikes products: Shipping has been heavily subsidised Australia Wide for the majority of our Large Little Tikes Range. Most items are $90.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE, pick up is also available from Altona North 3025 for these items.

Please note: We do not hold all Little Tikes items in stock and your item may need to be ordered from our distributor. If you require your order to be delivered within a certain timeframe please contact us so that this can be confirmed. Most items will be in stock within 5 business days.

Hills Play Gym  products: We do not stock the full range of Hill's products at our Melbourne location, we can offer collection from Melbourne but please allow an extra 7 - 10 business days for this to be dispatched from our manufacturer. Please contact us if required to see if your item is in stock in Melbourne before purchasing if required within 5 business days.
